Here are our return and cancellation policies:
- If your jacket doesn’t fit, return it within 7 days in good condition, and we’ll send a new one (except for custom orders).
- No returns or exchanges for multiple items bought together.
- No changes can be made after 24 hours.
- Cancellation fees apply 25% within 3 days, 45% within 7 days, and no cancellations after 7 days.
- We quality-check every product before shipping. If it’s defective, we’ll send a new one with priority shipping.
- Refunds are only accepted if we’re late delivering your order (over 29 working days), and we’ll include shipping costs if we can’t confirm delivery to your address.
